You've decided to go tiny, here's what's next...

You will sign a plan agreement and submit a $1500 non-refundable payment. We will then provide you with your customized tiny house plan and a detailed estimate of the final cost. If you decide to move forward with the project, the $1500 deposit will be credited back to you on your final invoice.

Time to start building

When you're ready for your project to be started you will sign a building contract.
Accompanying this contract will be your first payment. You'll submit an additional payment during the build and the final payment will be due upon completion of the  build. Each payment is 30% of the total cost of your project.
Please note that you're building slot is not secure until your contract is signed and your first payment is submitted.
